Rebecca Hernandez de Matsuoka (Tia "Becky") with over 15 years of real estate experience.

Becky moved to Puerto Vallarta in the late 80's, with the idea of retiring and relaxing in a tropical paradise and leaving the relentless rush of the United States behind her.

She got the paradise part, but was lured into the real estate business on a lark and hasn't looked back.

Buying a property in one's own country can be a challenge even with a good real estate agent, but buying in a foreign country can be downright daunting unless one has an agent like Tia Becky who has the ability to see things from the viewpoint of the foreigner and yet act as a local.

Cousin “Erick” (Erick Prado Orozco) is the Company’s administrator in charge of managing the office daily, keeping the office open at regular working hours and performing all administrative duties.

Erick Prado was born in Guadalajara, were he became a Computer Engineer, he is a natural problem solver and enjoys helping everyone around him providing great customer service.

He owned his own company that provided computer technical assistance and sold equipment. He then pursued a job in the city of Zapopan county government in which he was a manager of 3 community centers and was responsible for the human and material resources of these centers.

He recently moved to Puerto Vallarta motivated by the desire of self improvement and looking for a new challenge. Completely reliable and trustworthy will be able to answer all of you questions and help you resolve any issues.

Esther Carrillo was born in Guadalajara Jalisco, and attended the American School from PK through High School from where she developed  her excellent English and love for the American culture, work ethics and way of life.  

As an attorney she worked 7 years as a foreign trade consultant for many American companies doing business in Mexico, thus grasping the inside knowledge of trade transactions in Mexico and providing the American client a trusting environment in which their business would thrive. 

After this advisory position she moved on to a new challenge working at the Zapopan county government as the head of the largest department of DIF that is in charge of helping the most underprivileged members of society with 250 people under her charge. 

After her three year period she was ready for yet a new challenge she relocated to Puerto Vallarta motivated by its beautiful beaches and scenery and the multicultural and soft pace of this lovely city. 

She never misses a chance to watch a good movie, read a great book or take a walk on the beach with her friends. Ester is always looking for a new challenge and seeking new things to learn everyday.

In Real Estate she found the perfect ambiance for her vibrant, friendly and spontaneous personality, since she enjoys meeting new people and the thrill of finding them their perfect dream home.

Jose-Vincente Orencio (Cousin “Pepe”) was born in Mexico City where he graduated as an Electronic Engineer and also attended graduate school in business administration.

He worked for US based companies such as Industrial Nucleonics and GE before he started his own company as sales representative for several foreign enterprises.

He brings to the team 27 years sales experience in different fields including time share and fractional ownership.

Moved to beautiful Puerto Vallarta in 2004 from the colonial city of Queretaro in central Mexico.

Cousin Pepe really enjoys meeting people and helping them solve their needs in every aspect.
